A little bit about my background.
My interest in beauty started long before my career. I learnt the ancient art of Threading as a young girl from my mother. In my country, threading is called Bande Abru. It is the technique of choice for facial hair removal and eyebrow shaping. I practised threading for many years before I trained as a professional beauty therapist.
There are different styles of threading from different countries. My style is a combination of threading and tweezing which gives your eyebrows a better shape to enhance your eyes and face. The thread is held around the neck rather than in the mouth. I feel not only is it more hygienic, but offers more control over the tension of the thread. I also apply an antiseptic cleanser which contains both Lemon and Tea Tree to clean the skin before the treatment, and pure organic Aloe Vera gel to soothe the skin after the treatment.
